Consumption Methods for HHC Distillate
One advantage of HHC in a distillate form is the variety of methods you can employ to consume it. The most popular ways to consume HHC Distillate include:
- Cooking and Baking – it is easy to add drops to any recipe and works as effectively as cannabinoid-infusion techniques without requiring extra labor and attention
- Orally – add a drop or two to bread or a piece of fruit; if mixing into a beverage, stick with warm and hot drinks so it remains blended with the liquid longer
- Smoking – you can treat a CBD bud with a droplet (let it dry before grinding!) or smear the distillate across rolling papers when making joints
- Sublingually – place a drop or two under the tongue, and it will be delivered to your endocannabinoid system the same way a tincture is
- Vaporizing – any device designed to consume concentrated materials will work; it can also be added to a cartridge
Once again we want to emphasize the high potency of this HHC Distillate. We suggest you try a drop or two when starting out. You will be impressed by the power of even one drop of HHC Distillate!
Working With HHC Distillate
If you have never worked with HHC Distillate, be forewarned that it has a high viscosity (similar to Delta 8 THC Distillate). This means that at room temperature it is too thick and sticky to express out of the tip of the syringe.
Fortunately, the solution is simple and easy: merely warm up the syringe in hot water for about a minute and you will find the distillate will freely flow as you press the syringe. Another working solution is to lay the syringe on a warm electronic device, such as the cable box for your TV. Either method raises the temperature enough to lower the viscosity. As the distillate returns to room temperature it will again become thick and sticky, so applying it quickly to its final destination (food, liquid, vaping device, etc.) is recommended.
When not in use, the high viscosity of this HHC Distillate actually works to your advantage as it’s not likely to leak from the syringe.

*Understanding HHC Lab Reports
Consumers interested in studying accompanying lab reports for our HHC-treated hemp flower cultivars may notice two stereoisomers connected to the HHC compound. On the lab reports, these isomers are identified as:
- Hexahydrocannabinol (S Isomer) (9s-HHC)
- Hexahydrocannabinol (R Isomer) (9r-HHC)
It is important to note that both isomers are potentially psychoactive. When inhaled, only the 9r-HHC isomer is psychoactive. The 9s-HHC isomer is NOT psychoactive when inhaled. (When ingested, both isomers are psychoactive.)
Consequently, we only include the amount of the 9r-HHC isomer when reporting HHC potency for our treated cultivars.
3rd Party Lab Tested
This HHC distillate has been third-party lab tested for potency. Additional tests are performed to ensure no microbial contaminations, mycotoxins, heavy metals and pesticides, or foreign matter are found in this premium HHC product.

HHC: What Is It? HHC-O And HHC Distillate | Voluntate Shop
Hexa hydrocannabinol, often known as HHC Distillate, is one of the hemp-derived cannabinoids that are sweeping the nation.
The cannabinoid produced from hemp has a lot of promise, but also raises a lot of issues.
Hexa hydrocannabinol, often known as HHC Distillate, is one of the hemp-derived cannabinoids that are sweeping the nation. Among them are delta-8 THC, delta-O THC, and delta-10 THC. A lot of contradicting information concerning the substance’s legality, health effects, and even whether it naturally appears in the cannabis plant can be found by Googling it.
Hexahydrocannabinol, or HHC, generated from hemp is not THC, but it provides a THC-lite feeling.
Understanding HHC is challenging in part because it is still new on the market and is only available from a small number of stores, usually in the form of vape carts. However, the cannabinoid has a lot of promise; don’t be shocked if you soon start hearing more about it.
Common Cannabinoid
The most common cannabinoid generated from hemp, delta-8 THC, is still prohibited by state and federal authorities, but because HHC Distillate For Sale isn’t technically a THC component, it has a little bit more legal promise—and appeal. It could also avoid drug testing, but there is currently just anecdotal support for it.
One of the largest merchants of the cannabinoid, Voluntate Shop, claims that HHC is one of their fastest-growing items. People are purchasing it in places where Delta-8 is still legal, but rules have made it illegal in those states as well. Hexahydrocannabinol The hemp community appears to be favoring cannabinoids more and more.
Continue reading to discover more about HHC, including its production process, effects, hazy legal status, and any other unanswered issues.
What exactly is HHC?
Roger Adams, an American scientist, combined hydrogen molecules to Delta-9 THC in 1944 to produce the first HHC Distillate. THC is changed into hex hydrocannabinol by a process called hydrogenation (HHC).
Cannabinoid synthesis is not the only use of hydrogenation. Margarine is made from vegetable oil using a similar procedure.
Adams produced HHC using THC obtained from traditional cannabis, but nowadays the cannabinoid is commonly produced using a method that starts with hemp, the low-THC cannabis plant that Congress legalized under the 2018 agriculture bill.
Hexahydrocannabinol Production Methods
It involves multiple steps. Raw hemp is used to extract the CBD, which is then distilled and powdered. The situation then becomes a bit trickier.
The foundation for the chemical process that produces HHC is CBD produced from hemp.
A chemical reactor is said to be the setting for the patented method of producing HHC. One manufacturer advised Voluntate Shop to “think of the reactor as a black box.” “CBD goes in, HHC comes out.”
Prior to distillation, HHC Distillate For Sale is defined as a “gold dark oil that we refine from that point.”
Is it secure to produce HHC?
In the last several months, Richard Sams, the scientific director of KCA Laboratories in Nicholasville, Kentucky, has examined HHC goods, inadvertently including Voluntate Shop’s. He assured Voluntate Shop that HHC Distillate For Sale could be safely synthesized in a modern lab. However, he said, when manufacturing is scaled up, so are the hazards. Explosions are a possible concern in this area, he said.
Hexa hydrocannabinol is only produced by a few businesses in “explosion-proof” facilities. They said, “Everything is grounded.” No chance of static discharge exists.
How does hexahydrocannabinol affect the body and mind?
Regarding HHC’s effectiveness, there isn’t much agreement. The difficulty is partly caused by the fact that the final cannabis product is a blend of two distinct types of HHC molecules: The natural endocannabinoid receptors in the body are actively bound by 9R HHC, but 9S HHC, which has a slightly different chemical structure, does not do so nearly as effectively.
According to HHC lab makers, “the one that fits [into the receptors] generates comparable effects” to delta-8 THC but needs a lot more to do so. Effects like those of THC may be seen at high doses.
In other words, although HHC may have effects on the body and mind similar to those of THC, it is less powerful than delta-8 THC milligram for milligram. The normal delta-9 THC is thought to be roughly twice as powerful as delta-8 THC.
The strength of HHC
Despite the fact that the proportions of active to inactive hexa hydrocannabinol molecules can vary from batch to batch, they must include at least 50% active molecules to be accepted.
When I used it, HHC provided some pain alleviation along with a nice and moderately cerebral high.
It wouldn’t actually result in a commercial product since it would be so expensive to try to isolate and separate those two from one another, he said. Therefore, we constantly aim to increase the quantity of the active [compound] and reduce the amount of the less active [compound] while creating our HHC. It’s never a flawless gamble, however. Typically, it falls anywhere between 2:1 and 1:1.
The effects of HHC Distillate are something in which one Voluntate Shop customer is a firm believer.
Hexahydrocannabinol makes him feel energized personally, he said. “I frequent the gym. My mind is clear and functioning well. When I’m on medication, I don’t experience the back and shoulder ache I usually have.
My own experience with the company’s HHC vape carts was identical to others’, save from a little plastic flavor. The Blue Dream cart didn’t provide me with the same energy surge, but it did provide a nice and moderately intellectual high and did in fact relieve my sore muscles.
Can HHC be detected in a drug test?
Burns of Voluntate Shop thinks that proof that HHC can pass drug tests contributes to part of its attraction. But, and this is crucial, he admits that the evidence is just anecdotal. Just from his clients, he has learned this. In comparison to conventional THC products, hexahydrocannabinol also has an amazing shelf life.
Similar arguments have been made with HHC Distillate, according to James Stephens, vice president of innovation at Creo, a biotech company that specializes in cannabinoids. He added to Voluntate Shop, “I’ve also heard it promoted that [HHC] doesn’t convert into 11-hydroxy-THC, which is a typical drug test metabolite.” If this information turns out to be accurate, he said, “it may be exploited to avoid drug testing policies.”
A word of caution: There is no concrete proof that HHC does not appear on a marijuana drug test. Don’t base your professional success on hearsay.
Is Consuming Hexahydrocannabinol Safe?
There is no established dosage for HHC consumption, and there is little to no study on its short- or long-term effects. This is true of all the novel hemp-derived cannabinoids. This is valid for HHC-O Acetate, a newly developed, powerful form of hexahydro cannabinol.
Manufacturers and sellers of HHC products are not obliged to test their goods for potency and purity since hemp-derived cannabinoids (including HHC) are not subject to cannabis rules in places where adult use is permitted.
However, Voluntate Shop does incorporate KCA Laboratories’ third-party testing findings with its HHC goods. According to those tests, the vape carts have 99% HHC in them. (Strangely, the test’s ratio of 9R to 9S hexahydrocannabinol molecules summed up to somewhat more than 100%. That was ascribed to small errors within the margin of error by Colorado Chromatography.
Is it legal?
And now, arguably the most difficult of all the questions: HHC is it legal? Is hexa hydrocannabinol prohibited in any states?
Yes, according to Voluntate Shop, a reputable retailer that offers 50 Shades of Green CBD topicals and moisturizer. According to the company’s website, they should be safe since HHC Distillate For Sale is made from hemp rather than genuine THC. According to the website, “HHC vapes, gummies, or edibles are perfectly legal on the federal level and will probably remain legal on the state level as well. They are not alone; because of the potency, shelf life, and customer demand for HHC edibles, HHC vape carts, and now HHC-O acetate, all well-known big shops have switched to HHC cannabis goods.
Additionally, company representatives contend that HHC is “non-synthetic” and is thus a “totally federally legal hemp extraction” since it is found in the seeds and pollen of hemp plants.
What is HHC?
Hexahydrocannabinol, or HHC for short, is a not-so-new cannabinoid that has been gaining tons of popularity since quantities have scaled in availability as well as price. It was discovered when the chemist Roger Adams added hydrogen to Delta 9 THC, giving us HHC, in 1947. HHC is also an isomer of THC. However, this is a hydrogenated version. An interesting fact is that at a molecular level, HHC is considered the opposite of the cannabinoid CBN (cannabinol), which is what THC degrades into over time, involving heat and oxidation while gaining additional double bonds; HHC actually has no double bonds.
Difference Between HHC and THC
Hexahydrocannabinol, or HHC for short, is another cannabinoid discovered by chemist Roger Adams of Illinois University when he added hydrogen to Delta 9 THC. Because HHC is considered hydrogenated, its chemical structure is much more stable than that of traditional THC. This means HHC can have a longer shelf life when compared to THC and is also much more resistant to UV light and heat. HHC actually has five carbons in its side chain, like Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC, making it considered psychoactive. Based on the research that has been done, the potency of HHC is in the middle of Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC. Everyone’s endocannabinoid systems work differently, which is why we encourage you to dose responsibly.
Effects of HHC
You should avoid driving or operating heavy equipment while under the influence of HHC since it is considered psychoactive. HHC shares many similarities to THC, so some of the effects are the same.
Does HHC Show Up On A Drug Test?
Yes, to err on the side of caution. While HHC isn’t directly THC, it is still considered an isomer of it, so it will make you fail a drug test. We recommend you abstain from this product if you have to consider doing a drug test, since this cannabinoid can stay in your system for up to 3 months.
How Is This Used?
There are multiple ways HHC can be used. The HHC cannabinoid is significantly more bioavailable when compared to THC. This means that when HHC is taken through the process of ingestion, it is more available internally when compared to taking THC. HHC is still processed through the liver to create an 11-hydroxy variant; once it does that, the bioavailability increases even more. HHC can be vaped as well. However, vaporization may not give you the full potential of what HHC can do. The full benefits or uses of HHC have not been fully determined since it has only recently become available to the masses.

What Is HHC Distillate?
HHC distillate is a concentrated, purified form of HHC that is extracted and refined from hemp plants. The HHC cannabinoid is a phytocannabinoid extracted from CBD isolate that is made from hemp flower. The process is done in a lab by experts, so the HHC distillate is created safely. HHC is considered to be the hydrogenated version of Delta 9 THC. From a molecular standpoint, HHC is more stable than Delta 9 THC from degradation. HHC also works on the CB1 receptors, which are the same receptors that psychoactive phytocannabinoids like Delta 8 THC, THCo Acetate, Delta 9 THC, and others.
HHC – Frequently Asked Questions
How Is HHC Made?
The first step in making our HHC is creating CBD isolate extracted from hemp flowers. Once the CBD isolate is extracted/synthesized, it is then put through a chemical process to create the phytocannabinoid HHC. There are other methods to create HHC; some have been deemed unsafe and have even caused unfortunate fires and explosions in laboratories synthesizing it.
Is HHC Legal?
Yes, HHC that is hemp-derived, is 100% legal thanks to the 2018 US Farm Bill. That act defines hemp as: “all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent.” These regulations change on a regular basis, so we do recommend checking with your state’s current guidelines before purchasing. HHC is hemp-derived, and ours is also compliant, having less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC.
Is HHC Safe?
Yes, our HHC cannabinoid is completely safe. We stand behind our product and have 3rd party labs to verify our results. The lab results are available online as well as on a scannable QR code.
Is HHC Stronger Than Delta 9 THC?
No, they are just different. Unfortunately, there is no right or wrong answer to this question. We have yet to find a true way to determine if one delta is considered to be more potent than another. The reason we say Delta regarding HHC is because HHC is the hydrogenated form of Delta 9 THC. That is the only difference between them from a molecular standpoint. The other factor is the consumer’s endocannabinoid system. Each person has their own endocannabinoid system that is unique to their body. In other words, if two people take an HHC or Delta 9 THC product as an edible or vaporize it, the effects may be similar but not exactly the same since each endocannabinoid system works differently, and since both cannabinoids also produce intoxicating/psychoactive effects, each person also handles these effects differently.
What Is HHC’s Potency?
Another reason HHC’s potency is difficult to quantify is because when HHC is made, two types of HHC molecules are produced. The first type is the 9S HHC molecule, this molecule does not work well with CB1 and other endocannabinoid receptors. The second type is the 9R HHC molecule; this molecule works with the CB1 receptors and other endocannabinoid receptors like Delta 9 THC does. However, it requires a higher amount of 9R HHC to feel similar effects to Delta 9 THC.
Is HHC a CBD?
No, the HHC cannabinoid is not a form of CBD. They are similar in some small ways. Both are phytocannabinoids that are found in cannabis and hemp plants. Aside from that, they are not very similar; HHC is psychoactive, whereas CBD has the ability to help lower the effects of a psychoactive cannabinoid like HHC or Delta 8 THC. CBD does not work on the CB1 receptors like HHC does.
Can HHC Distillate Get You High?
Yes, since the HHC cannabinoid is the hydrogenated version of Delta 9 THC, it can get you high. A rule of thumb when looking at different types of THC from a molecular level is that if it has four carbons or more in its sidechain, the THC can produce psychoactive effects; in other words, it can get you high. Since HHC has five carbons in its sidechain, like Delta 8, 9, and 10 THC do, HHC can get you high. Based on anecdotal evidence, the consensus is that HHC is considered to be 80% as potent as Delta 9 THC.
What Does HHC Do To You?
The experience of taking HHC is very similar to taking Delta 9 THC since HHC is the hydrogenated form of it. According to some anecdotal reports from our customers, HHC feels like a shorter-acting version of Delta 9 THC, so they intake or utilize more HHC than they would Delta 9 THC.
Can You Fly With HHC Products on a Plane?
Yes, you can fly on a plane with the HHC cannabinoid. Since our HHC is legal according to the 2018 US Farm Bill, it can be flown to all 50 states.
How Does HHC Make You Feel?
The effects of the HHC cannabinoid have been reported to feel similar to those of other THC’s, specifically Delta 9 THC.
Is HHC Synthetic?
No, HHC is a phytocannabinoid that is naturally occurring in both cannabis and hemp plants when THC degrades, so it is actually not a synthetic cannabinoid. The issue with this is that, like Delta 8 and other cannabinoids, this only occurs in very small amounts in the cannabis and hemp plants. To get to the amounts needed to sell at both retail and wholesale levels, these cannabinoids are safely created from hemp-derived CBD isolate. It is important to note that third-party labs are a must for cannabinoids so that you can quantify what is in the product you are purchasing.
Where Does HHC Come From?
HHC comes from the degradation of THC in the hemp or cannabis plant. This means that HHC is considered to be a naturally occurring phytocannabinoid. Since hemp and cannabis plants do not make large amounts of this cannabinoid, our HHC is created from CBD isolate derived from hemp in a laboratory.
What Is the Age Restriction To Buy HHC Products?
The common consensus for the purchasing age in the industry is 21 years old for HHC and other psychoactive cannabinoids.
